Last May 17th, we had a very special worship service and fellowship time as we celebrated our own Garnet Brenner’s 100th Birthday!
Garnet’s family “took over” the service with her daughter, Janis Bomar, acting as liturgist, her son, Bart Brenner, giving the message, and her other son, Gary Brenner, leading the tree dedication. Along with Gary was his wife, Diane. Also in attendance was family friend, Brenda Dye.
At Covenant Presbyterian Church (CPC), it is our desire to foster a meaningful community of Christians by helping you grow in faith, by the nurture and education of your children, and by loving God by serving each other, as well as, those in the greater Gainesville community and in the world. We hope you will become a part of this community.
Come, see, and be a part of the wondrous things God is doing here at Covenant.
Our services begin at 10:00 a.m. each Sunday followed by a time of fellowship.
